Why is compromise a bad thing?
2. Why are media outlets allowing crazy voters get air time?

The more I read about a crazy voter or politician the more I hope that either Gingrich or Santorum gets the Republican nomination. I would like to think that it would teach the crazies a lesson, but crazy people don't learn, they make up another reason. In reality more people will associate all the crazy shenanigans with the Republican base, thus nullifying any future political impact.

Anyone with an education knows that the only Republican candidate of beating Obama in the next election is Romney. Why? Because Romney doesn't come across as a crazy candidate, seems more even keeled, and he has a business background. As for the other 2, you have Santorum who would make us into a Christian version of Iran, and Gingrich is the perverted old relative that families usually stick in a corner so they can't ruin everyone else's fun.

Most rational people know compromise isn't a bad thing, and it's a uniting process - that means it brings the country together. Also, most people agree on a majority of the important issues, but it's the crazy people who are getting the media attention. If that's the group you want to bandwagon with then I hope you enjoy Obama's second term.

Writing Articles
<dc:subject>Blog</dc:subject>

Reading technology news annoys me because they usually lack focus — which is probably because the writers don't understand their reader demographic. Since most people have computers, ostensibly regular users outnumber corporate and government users. Being a technology consultant, I find that corporate and government users tend to find information online at home and bring it to work. The problem with that scenario is government and corporate jobs are specialized, and most articles tend to be more involved than the user realizes.

What would help is if a writer kept the core of the article in mind and not add how it applies to various fields. For example, if a piece of software is reviewed then keep it about the software, and leave out how it can be applied. I think an article about how to apply specific software should then be aimed at a target audience, i.e. regular, corporate, or government user.

5.0 Beta

Starting from scratch again.
